Elf Wor is an unlicensed Sega Mega Drive game developed by Gamtec. Its true identity is unknown - whereas the ROM header lists the game's name as "Elf Wor", the title screen calls it 靈幻道士 (Spiritual Magic Priest), and Super Magician.
