“Rise Up” adds a new endgame mission replay mode with escalating difficulty (Escalation), introduces Prototype Gear and its Augment system, and expands Retaliation content with new Black Tusk activities, materials, objectives, and quality-of-life changes. It also brings a new modular Global Modifier system (“Recombinant”) with active and passive modifiers that affect combat.
Black Tusk aren’t holding back this time. They’re moving fast, launching operations across the city in response to Division activity. Agents are left dealing with the fallout, putting out fires wherever they can, and facing some of their most dangerous units yet.
