It’s 1972, and an ascendant USSR is winning the Cold War against the United States, which has been in decline since a coup in 1933 deposed Franklin Roosevelt and established a fascist government (which almost happened in the real world.) You play as Number 6, one of the Soviet Union’s top secret agents, sent by your superiors to infiltrate the dystopian fortress city of Hiawatha and help spark a revolution by destabilizing the local warlord, a massive corporation called Saturn.
