Abe is a Mudokon who works as a first class Floor-Waxer at RuptureFarms, a sprawling meatpacking empire. One late night he overhears his boss, Molluck the Glukkon, plotting to turn Abe and his fellow Mudokons into the company's next product, Tasty Treats, in a desperate effort to rescue the failing business. Thrust into a life of unexpected adventure, Abe must escape the dark recesses of RuptureFarms and the desolate, dangerous surroundings beyond it, all while trying to save thousands of his fellow Mudokons from the same grim fate.
