Conway is a weary truck driver working as a delivery man for an antique shop, tasked with carrying out one final, important delivery to a mysterious address known only as 5 Dogwood Drive. Accompanied by his faithful dog, he sets out along the rural highways surrounding Interstate 65 in Kentucky, searching for the elusive location. But the address proves impossible to find by ordinary means. Lost and low on options, Conway pulls off at a dim gas station called Equus Oils, where the elderly owner tells him a strange truth: the only way to reach Dogwood Drive is to travel a secret, hidden highway...
