The setting is Eastern Europe in the early 19th century. Roughly fifty years before Japan would enter the Bakumatsu period, the opposite side of the world was being engulfed in the flames of war, with France at its center. And with Napoleon’s invasion of Russia, the story begins to unfold— A spin-off of the Hakuouki series, this tale seeks to uncover the origins of the Ochimizu, the elixir of youth.
