Long ago, the kingdom of Faramore fell under siege by the fearsome demon lord Daimur and his army of monsters, aided by the treacherous Duke Nodelki. King Rahklin, his daughter Princess Arzette, and their allies mounted a daring assault and, wielding the magical Jewel of Faramore, sealed the demon lord away within the Book of Oakurin, restoring peace to the land. Because the Jewel shattered into five shards with each use, the king ordered the pieces hidden separately to keep Daimur from ever returning.
